We’re not sure what Damon Dash is working on professionally, but it’s safe to assume that his personal affairs are in shambles. Shortly after losing custody of his daughters to his ex-wife Rachel Roy, an arrest warrant was issued for his arrest.

According to Bossip, Supreme Court Justice Matthew Cooper signed off on the warrant Wednesday when Dash pulled a no-show during another court appearance. The only way that Dash can avoid prison time is if he forks over $341,999 to Roy. According to the fashion designer’s attorney Donald Suares, her ex-husband–whom she divorced in 2009—owes $91, 249 in child support and school and camp tuition. Suares also says that Dash owes Roy $250, 750 because he violated their divorce agreement by defaulting on the mortgages on their New York homes. He has also been ordered to pay an additional $25,000 towards his ex-wife’s legal fees.

“He failed on his default,” Judge Cooper said. “He has failed to appear.”

“I will issue a warrant,” he continued, “unless he can avoid arrest by purging contempt, and the purge is $341,999.”

Interestingly, Dash also claims that Roy owes him money He filed a lawsuit last week in Manhattan Supreme Court alleging that she mismanaged Royale Etenia, a fashion company that the duo started together prior to the divorce.

It’s so unfortunate that things have come to this. Hopefully, Dash has the cash to keep himself from behind bars.
