Unfortunately, Draya Michele and Orlando Scandrick are no more.
Earlier today, the “Basketball Wives LA” star took to Instagram to announce the split. Her statement reads:
After more than two years together, Orlando and I have mutually decided to end our relationship. Unfortunately, we both live very hectic lives making it difficult to spend the deserved time together. He is a great father and athlete and I will cherish the memories that we created.
Of course, this wouldn’t be the first time that the couple split. Last August, the reality star took to Instagram with a similar statement; however, last time the split didn’t seem to be an amicable one. She wasted no time placing the blame on the 28-year-old father of two.
I’d rather focus on my career and family than a relationship at the time. I did my best to make things work. I’m not the one who failed.
She reunited with the Dallas Cowboy less than a month later.
It’s unfortunate that these two couldn’t work things out, especially considering that they began blending their families. Her son and his twin daughters appeared to be forming a rather beautiful bond. Only time will tell whether or not things are truly over this time.
