Cynthia Bailey is leaving no room for the rumor mill to step in and fabricate divorce rumors. Less than 48 hours, after footage of Bailey’s husband Peter Thomas being extremely inappropriate with a woman inside a nightclub surfaced, the Bravo star chose to speak out

The 47-year-old addressed the scandal during an interview with V-103’s Ryan Cameron. Unsurprisingly, she says that she’s sticking with her flirty hubby.

“Well, I wasn’t there. I saw the video like everyone else. It seemed like he was kissing some identified woman on her cheek. You know, when I saw the video I thought it was inappropriate. I mean, it’s unfortunate that you have people filming you with phones everywhere you go when you’re on a reality show, but it is what it is. I don’t know if it’s grounds for divorce.”

She went on to say that people in her circle felt that the video was “harmless.”

“I had…you know people looked at it that I knew, and they were like ‘I don’t really see nothing. I think it’s pretty harmless.’ But I looked at it and was like, well, I mean it’s inappropriate. It wasn’t like I’m ready to like you know ready to do a ‘Waiting To Exhale.’ I’m not gonna set his clothes on fire, but we’re going to talk about these things. The neck thing was definitely a little weird.”

Bailey was sure to let the world know that she handled the situation accordingly, but that she won’t be leaving her husband over the incident.

“When I looked at the video, I definitely felt like it was inappropriate. Again, I didn’t feel like ‘Oh my God, let me call my lawyer and divorce him.'”

As for Thomas’ apology video, the “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star had this to say:

“That video is definitely reflective of his personality. He will just do a video and put it out there. He’s pretty direct and that’s what it is.”

Some have speculated that the woman in the video is former Housewife Lisa Wu, but Bailey explained that she doesn’t actually know the woman.

“Actually, it’s someone that comes to the bar. I don’t know her, but Peter knows her.”
