Unfortunately, Ms. Lauryn Hill has developed a reputation for being exceptionally late to her recent performances. But that wasn’t the case when she was attempting to fly and then perform in Lagos, Nigeria.
For some reason, after waiting seven hours in the airport, she was forced to cancel her trip. In an attempt, to appease and apologize to her fans, she recorded a shortened version of herself singing “Doo Wop (That Thing)” with her background singers and her 7-year-old daughter Sarah Marley.
She also issued a more formal apology via her Facebook.
