The photos from Tina Knowles’ recent wedding tell the beautiful story of two families becoming one. And we were happy to learn that the Knowles and the Lawsons are as close as they appeared in the photographs.
Tina’s new husband, Richard, recently spoke to TMZ and he says his new blended family has been tight for quite some time now.
“Man, we’ve been knowing each other for thirty-three years. We’ve been like family,” he shared.
As for his new son-in-law, Jay Z, Richard had this to say:
“We couldn’t be tighter. My family, their family—we’re one. It really is a blessing. I’m really grateful that it’s a united family.”
When asked about Jay’s new Tidal endeavor, Richard had nothing but great things to say.
“Tidal! Everybody out there buy Tidal. It’s the new thing, but it’s the right thing. Now the musicians will keep the money. The people who created the music will keep the money. That’s a beautiful thing.”
We’re loving the fact that they’ve come together as one big happy family! They all appear to be very fond of one another and that’s really all you can ask for when blending families. In case you couldn’t tell by now, we are so here for this union.
